Full-Time Marketing & Content Manager (Remote) — Growth Wise

Growth Wise is a fast-growing educational publisher and tutoring company, creating high-quality SAT/ACT prep flashcards and workbooks, and offering boutique tutoring and coaching programs. We’re small but growing quickly — and we’re looking for someone who wants to help shape the future of this company.

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy marketer who can own all aspects of our digital marketing. This is a rare opportunity to join as employee #3 and grow into a leadership role. 

Your goal is simple: create great content that drives revenue. You’ll have full autonomy to design and execute campaigns across paid and organic channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, email, and more). You’ll test creative, refine funnels, and optimize performance to grow our reach and impact.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and own a content and ad calendar across all major platforms
• Create high-performing video, image, and written content for paid and organic campaigns
• Design, test, and optimize landing pages and ad funnels to convert visitors into customers
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google)›
• Update and improve the company website and e-commerce store
• Experiment with new growth channels — influencer, UGC, affiliate, SMS, local marketing, and more
• Report weekly on marketing performance, learnings, and next steps

Who You Are

• A hands-on creator — confident shooting/editing short-form video, designing ads, and writing copy
• An analytical thinker — comfortable interpreting data, testing hypotheses, and improving ROAS
• Experienced with at least one major ad platform (Meta, TikTok, or Google)
• Entrepreneurial and self-directed — you thrive when given freedom and clear goals
• Excited by education, learning, and helping students succeed

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with Squarespace, Shopify, or GoHighLevel
• Test-prep, e-learning, or tutoring experience
• Proven success managing paid ad budgets

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $52,000

Performance Bonuses: Uncapped — bonuses will be tied directly to revenue growth and ROAS. Past campaigns have generated anywhere from 1.5-5x ROAS. 

Fully Remote — work from anywhere

Monday–Friday schedule, flexible hours
