Must be an outgoing and positive role model for the TEAM and a true LEADER to train the sales reps for success, helping our clients throughout their claim process with a focus on customer service. Ideal Sales Director will oversee all aspects of the sales cycle from start to finish with his/her sales force. The Sales Director will be out in the field with their sales TEAM to guide them and assist with closing deals. The Sales Director will also be responsible for hiring and training all sales reps under his/her supervision.
