Aim Global Solutions has a Direct Placement opportunity for a Plant Controller with an Automotive supplier located in Marshall, MI.
Position Summary As a Plant Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and providing strategic guidance to support the growth and success of our manufacturing plant.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budget preparation, fixed asset accounting, and audits and analysis.
- Develop and present annual site budgets and interim forecasts to management and Corporate Finance.
- Analyze plant labor, variable costs, operation spending and inventory transactions.
- Monitor and enforce internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies
- Responsible for monthly accounting close activities and balance sheet reconciliations.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a plant or manufacturing environment as a Controller or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
