Job Description
PURPOSE OF JOB : Manage NetSuite
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform configuration and business process testing for NetSuite requests including, managing custom fields, forms, records, workflows, searches, reports, dashboards, reporting, and user roles to support operational needs
• Serve as the local Subject Matter Expert and primary point of contact for NetSuite, providing on-going support to end-users
• Manage day-to-day functional operations and support cross-functional teams within the NetSuite environment
• Actively participate in system enhancements, including requirements gathering, development, data validation, documentation, user support and training, and on-going application maintenance
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process centered on the NetSuite platform
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of 3 – 4 years of NetSuite Administration experience
• Experience with configuration and customization of components with various complexity within the NetSuite environment
• Relevant experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying secure, scalable, reliable performance solutions to customize, extend, and/or interact with NetSuite
• Bill of Material and router set-up experience
• Self-motivated professional with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Driven problem-solver with strong technical and analytical skills
• Proven ability to excel in both independent and collaborative settings
