Responsibilities
• Maintaining the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This includes recording the equipment repair history and generating standard and ad hoc reports for analysis.
• Set-up recommended maintenance schedules and generating work orders. Includes preparing job plans detailing the scope of the work, required resources and duration.
• Provide maintenance supervision support (hourly employee management), including staff scheduling
. • Ensure Preventative Maintenance (PM) program standards are developed, maintained and improved.
• Effective planning of all required resources - review the daily production schedule to set-up the maintenance PM schedules to utilize weekday hours.
• Schedule service contractors & maintain documentation & monitor frequency & results.
• Maintain the asset based maintenance work order response program and follow-up on completed work orders.
• Trained at both plants and support Maintenance Salaried staff coverage and other needs.
• Travel to and work at both production sites, as and when required.
• Lead and/or support projects, initiatives and tasks, within and outside Maintenance department, as required.
