What we need for this job:

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, vocational rehabilitation, or related fields
• LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist) or Licensed Eligible within 6 months
• Three (3)+ years’ experience in clinical environment with developing levels of mentoring and supervision of a team
• Supervision and/or Lead experience, coaching and mentoring peers in their development
