Job Purpose:

As a Branch Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in industrial retail management.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall day to day and sales operations of the branch
  • Develop short- and long-term business plan
  • Exceed the overall branch sales and profit goals
  • Insure growth in the branch
  • Oversee the prioritization of all sales including key and priority account targeting
  • Set goals and objectives for each year
  • Evaluate and analyze all aspects of operations
  • Conduct annual performance reviews
  • Develop, motivate, and empower team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 years of hydraulic experience
  • Proficient at using MS systems; including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be team oriented, detail oriented, and able to multitask
  • Develop business and marketing plans
  • Proven management and sales experience
